TRAI mulls penalty on operators not meeting new QoS norms for December quarter
Telecom regulator Trai is considering imposing penalty on operators who have not met the new service quality norms for December quarter, according to sources. "We will be imposing some penalty on those who have not met the stipulated standards," said a Trai official who did not wish to be named.
