Thugs of Hindostan collection in India are Rs 140.40 cr by day 8, after taking into consideration the overseas figures, the film has grossed over Rs 200 cr.
Thugs of Hindostan box office collection: The Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan starrer, which released just after Diwali on November 8, 2018, and created a Bollywood record of Rs 52.25 cr on day 1, suffered a massive setback thereafter and is unlikely to even cross the Rs 150 cr mark. It was hyped up to be a Baahubali 2 killer, which had grossed over Rs 500 cr! But due to the negative response from the critics and audience, the number started declining from day 2.
While Thugs of Hindostan collection in India are Rs 140.40 cr by day 8, after taking into consideration the overseas figures, the film has grossed over Rs 200 cr. The numbers scored in the international market by the film are Rs 46.60 cr. The total Gross collection of the film is Rs 226.6 cr.
The number may seem impressive but the film has underperformed in the domestic as well as in the international market. On the other hand, Badhaai Ho which was released on October 18, 2018, a few weeks before the release of Thugs of Hindostan is still doing well at the box office. Badhaai Ho has an 8.3/10 IMDb rating.
