Student Of The Year 2 box office collection: Tiger Shroff starrer continues to struggle, collects 53.88 cr

Student Of The Year 2 box office collection: The film starring Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria, hit theatres with a bang by collecting Rs 12.06 crore on day 1. But, since then it has failed to gain momentum and is now struggling to perform at the box office. The Punit Malhotra directorial started the week on a slow note, earning only Rs 5.52 crore and Rs 5.02 crore, respectively on Monday and Tuesday. The collections further declined on Wednesday as the film managed to rake in just Rs 4.51 cr, taking its overall collection to Rs 53.88 crore.

The film is unlikely to pick up over the weekend and will face tough competition from Ajay Devgn's De De Pyar De which is set to hit the theatres on Friday. The film also stars Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh in important roles.
