Sarkari Naukri 2019: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has posted a notification of recruitment for the positions of Manager and Senior Manager in the Civil Engineering Department. The recruitment is through the Lateral entry mode. The eligible candidates have to apply for the posts through online mode only before the last date. Manager and Senior Manager in the Civil Engineering Department : 4 seats

Eligibility

• Candidates with Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
• Minimum experience of 12 years for the position of Manager.
• Minimum experience of 15 years for the position of Senior Manager.

Age Limit

The age limit for the post of  Manager is 39 years while for Senior manager it is 42 years. The limit relaxation on age for certain categories are:

i)SC/ST candidates: 5 years
ii) OBC candidates: 3 years
iii) Persons with disability: 10 years (PWD+OBC= 13 years; PWD+SC/ST= 15 years)

Pay Scale

• Manager : Rs. 90,000-3% - Rs 2,40,000
• Senior Manager : Rs. 1,00,000-3% - Rs 2,60,000
