Punjab Chief Minister M Charanjit Singh Channi announced 11 percent hike in dearness allowance for state government employees.
Giving a huge surprise to the state's government employees the Punjab Government on Monday announced a 11 percent hike in dearness allowance (DA).
Punjab Chief Minister M Charanjit Singh Channi informed about the same during a press conference in Chandigarh.

The Chief Minister also informed that Punjab Cabinet has approved PSPCL's proposal to terminate GVK Goindwal Sahib PPA, who was providing electricity at Rs 6-7 per unit.
