Eligibility Criteria:
For Young Professional candidates must have a Master’s Degree in relevant field or BE/B.Tech or 2 years PG Diploma in Management or MBBS or LLB or CA or ICWA. Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
For the post of Innovation Lead candidate must have Master’s Degree in Science / Technology / Computer Applications / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Commerce / Management / Law / Communication Development / Journalism / Bachelor degree in Engineering/Technology/ CA, CS, ICWA and Minimum 3 years of work experience in technology, innovation and entrepreneurship, business, Financial/Business Management, analytical work.
For the post of Monitoring & Evaluation Lead, candidate must have Master’s Degree in Science / Technology / Computer Applications /Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Commerce / Management / Law / Communication Development / Journalism / Bachelor degree in Engineering / Technology / CA, CS, ICWA and Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience
For Procurement Specialist applicant should have Master’s Degree / Post graduate in any discipline and Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of procurement of consulting services, preferably in Monitoring & Evaluation and/or development sector.
For Public Policy Analyst candidate should be a Post Graduate (Economics/Management) working in Government for at least 5 years, reputed Governmental Organizations, International development agencies and Research organizations. Preference will be given to a person who has work experience in the relevant field supported by published work/policy papers appraisal/monitoring of projects & schemes etc.
For Consultant (Editor) they should have Master’s Degree in any discipline and at least 5 years of work experience in editing, copywriting/editing, proofreading, journalism, publishing etc. preferably in public policy

The age limit set for the professional is as follows.
For Young Professional – 32 years
For Innovation Lead – 45 years
For Monitoring & Evaluation Lead – 45 years
For Procurement Specialist – 45 years
For Public Policy Analyst – 45 years
For Consultant (Editor) – 45 years
