Mumbai Airport celebrates festive season with new gourmet food menu at GVK Lounge

GVK Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL) managing the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) announces the launch of the new and refreshed gourmet food menu at its GVK Lounge.
Breaking Bread:
The enticing new menu available to first-class and business premium passengers in line with the upcoming festive season is curated by award-winning Executive Chef Rajesh Shetty who has introduced decadent vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian dishes. The menu titled ‘Breaking Bread’ is tailored to perfection to match the global taste buds of the passengers. The exclusive menu will be soon available to passengers visiting the GVK lounges at CSMIA.
Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian Menu:
The custom-made new festive A La Carte menu at the GVK Lounge offers the passengers indulgent dishes to start the meal with mouth-watering appetisers like pandan chicken, miso glazed scallops, selection of Arabic mezze, pumpkin and sage tortellini, amongst others.
Main course:
Further introducing the main course, the chef has curated a tantalizing treat in the form of a slow cooked herb crusted rack of lamb, lemon asparagus risotto with other signature dishes made with finest ingredients guaranteed to make any food lover drool.
Dessert:
Ending the meal, the GVK Lounge offers its signature white chocolate lava cake along with a trio of frozen yoghurt - an artisanal dessert preparation that will leave you wanting more as you prepare to board the flight.
