7th Pay Commission: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is inviting applications for the recruitment of many vacant positions, in different departments as well as Union Territories, offering pay scales as per the 7th pay commission report recommendations.
7th Pay Commission: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is inviting applications for the recruitment of many vacant positions, in different departments as well as Union Territories, offering pay scales as per the 7th pay commission report recommendations. The commission on its official website, upsconline.nic.in, has released a notification for 13 vacant posts of Administrative Officer for Border Roads Organisation (BRO), Ministry of Defence, and other 5 posts of Lecturer in Government Polytechnic, Daman, Department of Technical Education, Union Territory, Administration of Daman & Diu.
The website is yet to begin accepting applications for the said posts, therefore, interested candidates are advised to keep a tab on the official website to know the date when the process begins.
According to the notification, for the BRO Recruitment 2018, interested candidates must be a graduate from a recognized University/Institution. The candidates should also have 3 years’ experience of Accounts, Administration and establishment work in a Government Office/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Body/ Statutory Body.
The candidates should applying for the vacant posts must not be above 35 years of age.
The candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview or Recruitment Test followed by an Interview.

Pay Scale: The selected candidates will be placed in Level-10 in the pay matrix as per the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission, under the General Central Service, Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.
