Indian Railways: Also known as 'Clean My Coach' scheme, the Coach Mitra facility allows a passenger to send a message through mobile on a specified mobile number to register their service request.
Indian Railways passengers are often greeted by dirty coaches, stained blankets or taps that run dry during the journey. The railways itself gets plenty of complaints in this regard. The public transporter has been working to eliminate these issues. From On Board Housekeeping Service (OBHS) to Coach Mitra service, the railways has been working to enhance the passenger experience. While OBHS has been provided in more than 1050 pairs of trains including Rajdhani and Shatabdi, 'Coach Mitra' facility has been introduced in over 1000 pairs of OBHS trains. The 'Coach Mitra' is a single window interface for passengers to register coach related requirements such as cleaning, disinfection, linen, train lighting, air conditioning and watering of coaches.
Also known as 'Clean My Coach' scheme, the Coach Mitra facility allows a passenger to send a message through mobile (SMS) on a specified mobile number or through an Android app or webpage for logging their request. Using this service, you can lodge your service request directly to the concerned officials. Here's how to do it:

Passengers may also request for coachmitra services by sending SMS to 9821736069 in the below format. "OB<Space><Service Code><Space><10-digit PNR number><Space><Description>". For example: OB T 2945014563 Toilet choked. Service codes are T = Toilet Cleaning, C = Coach Cleaning, W = Watering of Coaches, L = Linen/Bed Roll, E = Train Lighting/AC, P = Pest Control, and R = Petty Repairs.
CleanMyCoach Application will forward the request to the mobile phone of the onboard staff or the concerned control office of the particular train directly. The Railway Administration will also simultaneously receive an intimation of such requests for follow up.
