IBPS RRB 2019 Notification: Vacancies for above 8000 Office Assistant & Officer Posts; Apply @ibps.in
8400 vacancies are notified out of which 3688 vacancies are for Office Assistant, 3381 vacancies are for Officer Scale I, 1746 vacancies are for Officer Scale II and 1174 vacancies are for Officer Scale III.
IBPS RRB Recruitment 2019: IBPS RRB invites applicants for a total of 8400 vacancies in various Regional Rural Banks. Interested candidates are suggested to apply for the given posts before 04 July 2019. Vacancies are for Group “A” Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B” Office Assistant (Multipurpose) across various Regional Rural Banks (RRBs).
8400 vacancies are notified out of which 3688 vacancies are for Office Assistant, 3381 vacancies are for Officer Scale I, 1746 vacancies are for Officer Scale II and 1174 vacancies are for Officer Scale III.
Selection procedure:
The selection for IBPS RRB Vacancy will be done on the basis of IBPS RRB 2019 Exam which is scheduled to be held in the month of August and September 2019.
IBPS RRB Officer Scale 1 Prelims Exam will be held on 03, 04 and 11 August 2019 while IBPS RRB Office Assistant Prelims Exam will be held on 17, 18 and 25 August 2019.
The selected candidates in the prelims exam will be called for IBPS RRB Main Exam.

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS RRB 2019 Posts
Eligibility criteria:
For Office Assistant the candidates are expected to have a bchelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
For Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) the applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Also, the preference will be given to the candidates having a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy.
For Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager) the applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Also, Preference will be given to the candidates having a degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
For Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager)Information Technology Officer candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
For Chartered Accountant candidate should have a Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Candidates applying for Law Officer should have a Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
For Treasury Manager they should have a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution
For Marketing Officer one should have an MBA in Marketing from a recognized university
For Agricultural Officer, Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
For Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager), A Bachelor’s degree is required from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Age Limit:
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) the age limit set is between 18 years and 28 years, For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager) is Above 21 years and Below 40 years, For Officer Scale- II (Manager) age limit is Above 21 years and below 32 years. For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager) the age limit is above 18 years and below 30 years
Application fees:
The SC/ST/PWBD candidates and general category candidates are expected to pay Rs. 100 as application fees.
