Jobs 2019: After the new Motor Vehicle Act 2019, vehicle owners have become vigilant towards the motor vehicle norms like insurance renewal, regular pollution control NOC etc. While some people are not so happy with the stringent motor vehicle norms, some can have an opportunity to earn near Rs 5,000 a day by an investment of Rs 10,000 at one time. This investment option is Pollution Under Control or PUC center. As per the new Motor Vehicle Act 2019, people are mainly vigilant towards the PUC certificate because due to lack of this PUC certificate, one will have to face the penalty of Rs 10,000. Ironically, for getting NOC from the PUC center, a vehicle owner has to pay Rs 20 to Rs 200 — depending upon the tenure of NOC and the type of vehicle.
Therefore, vehicle owners are thronging the cue outside the PUC center and due to the huge number of people looking for the PUC certificate, the current number of PUC centers are unable to issue NOC to all vehicles coming to their center. So, the PUC center has become a good self-employment option for an unemployed as it needs a mere Rs 10,000 investment and one can earn up to Rs 5,000 per day from this PUC center.
