Housefull 4 box office collection day 10: Akshay Kumar starrer Housefull 4 seems unstoppable in its second week. The film which took advantage of Diwali weekend to register a massive opening, continued to do well over its second week and is now inching towards the Rs 200 crore mark. Housefull 4 earned Rs 13.12 crore on its second Sunday despite new releases like Ujda Chaman hitting the theatres. With this, the film has taken its overall collection to Rs 172.58 crore. By the end of the second week, the comedy-drama should breach the Rs 200 crore mark.

"#Housefull4 is unstoppable on the box office as Day 10 collected 13.12cr [Week 2] Fri 8.05 cr, Sat 10.10 cr, Sun 13.12 Total:  172.58 crores. Inching towards 200 crores mark," entertainment industry tracker Ramesh Bala tweeted on Monday morning. Notably, the film had released to mixed reviews with most critics giving it a negative review.

However, the film has managed to do decent business at the box office. Actor Riteish Deshmukh recently responded to this by tweeting, "Your love for us is as crazy as the film itself! Thank y'all for showing such immense love to #Housefull4. Book your tickets and have a hearty laugh with your family & friends."

Housefull 4 is also doing well at the international box office crossing $4 million in its first week, according to film analyst Taran Adarsh. This is the fourth film in the franchise and released alongside Tushar Hiranandani's Saan Ki Aanakh and Mikhil Musale's Made In China.

This is Akshay's fifth film in a row to touch Rs 100-crore mark. His last 4 films, Kesari, Mission Mangal, 2.0 and Gold, all made it to the coveted club. Apart from Akshay, the film stars Kriti Sanon, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Kharbanda, Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde in important roles.
