Good news for Air Passengers! No need of negative RT PCR report to enter Mumbai
Maharashtra government has allowed fully vaccinated domestic airline passengers to enter the state freely without the negative RT PCR report.
Domestic airline passengers who are planning to fly to Mumbai, Maharashtra can know that if they are fully vaccinated then they do not need RT PCR negative report to enter the state, as per the state government's order.
"The vaccination drives across the nation has been commenced and many citizens who are fully vaccinated, are requesting to waive off the condition with respect to carrying negative RT PCR test report," the Maharashtra Government said in its order.

Zee Business did a story on the same that Aviation Ministry along with State Government are working on this travelling model, where in vaccinated person will be allowed to travel (rail/flights), without the requirement of any other documents.
Negative RT PCR report was made mandatory via a 12th May order, for all fliers across the country coming to Maharashtra including Mumbai. As per the Government Directives, any passenger arriving in state of Maharashtra by any mode of transport were required to carry negative RT PCR test conducted 48 hours prior to commencing the journey.
These restrictions were primarily imposed on the passengers arriving from Gujarat, Goa, Delhi, Rajasthan and Kerala, however, due to increase in number of cases it was decided to impose restrictions on all the passengers arriving in city of Mumbai from any part of the country.
