Recruitment 2019: District and Sessions Judge, South Goa has invited applications in prescribed format from interested candidates for as many as 99 vacant posts of Stenographer, System Supervisor, Lower Division Clerk, Stenographer and Others on or before March 30, 2019. Notably, the posts are purely on a temporary basis in the District & Subordinate Courts of South Goa district.
Notably, application accepted/rejected and the date of interview will be displayed on the notice board and on the Official Website www.southgoacourts. nic.in of the District & Sessions Court, South Goa, Margao, tentatively at the end of April, 2019. No separate call letters/intimation will be sent to the candidates.
According to the notification, the vacancy details for District and Sessions Judge, South Goa include Stenographer – 10 Posts; System Supervisor – 1 Post; LDC – 25 Posts; System Assistant – 2 Posts; Driver – 2 Posts; Bailiff – 14 Posts; Process Server – 27 Posts; Peon – 15 Posts; and Watchman – 3 Posts.

Educational Qualification:
Stenographer, LDC – Grade-III: Candidates should have a) Matriculation or equivalent qualification; b) Speed of 100 words per minute in Shorthand in English; c) English typing at 35 words per minute correspond to 10500 key depression Per Hour on an average of 5 KO for each word, on Computer; and d) Knowledge of Konkani. They should also have knowledge of Marathi. Pay Matrix (Level 4))
System Supervisor: Candidates should be B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science/Engineering or (Level 4) Information Technology or Master Degree in Computer Science/LT. with first class or B.Sc. (Computer Science/ l.T.) /BCA with two Years experience; b) Knowledge of Konkani. They should also have knowledqe of Marathi. Pay Matrix (Level 4)
LDC: Candidates should have- a) Matriculation or equivalent qualification; b) English typing at 30 words per minute correspond to 9000 key depression per Hour on an average of 5 KO for each word on Computer; c) Knowledge of Konkani. They should have knowledge of Marathi, along with preliminary training in Word Processing and Data Entry. Pay Matrix (Level 2)
System Assistant: Candidate should have Govt. recognized Diploma in Computer Science/IT in Polytechnic or ITI; b) Knowledge of Konkani, and they should also knowledge of Marathi. Pay Matrix (Level 2)
Driver: Candidate should have Middle-School or equivalent qualification and driving license for light motor vehicle.
Bailiff, Process Server, Peon, Watchman: Candidate should be Middle class pass or equivalent.
