De De Pyaar de box office collection till now: Surprise success! Ajay Devgn film earns Rs 85 crore!

De De Pyaar De Box Office Collection: Ajay Devgn starrer De De Pyaar De has seen a massive success at the box office. The movie witnessed decent growth in select cities but it could not manage to get the collection in mass circuits. The strong word-of-mouth publicity and good performances by actors have, however, driven the audience to theatres to watch the film but the movie now has very little time to collect more as Salman Khan's Bharat is all set to capture the theatres on Wednesday next week. The Akiv Ali directorial film had earned Rs 10.41 crore on the first day of its release. The film managed to keep a decent hold on the Box Office till date, adding up to Rs 2.07 crore on Thursday.  

The film has till now collected Rs 84.49 crore at the box office. One now waits to see if there would be a bigger jump on weekends. 

Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#DeDePyaarDe biz at a glance...

In week 2 the movie earned Rs 3.58 crores on Friday, Rs 4.78 on Saturday, On Sunday it added Rs 5.68 cr, Monday collection was Rs 2.73 cr, Tuesday it added Rs 2.37 cr, Wednesday collection was Rs 2.23 cr and on Thursday it added Rs 2.07 crore to its collection standing with the overall collection of Rs 84.49 crore.

De De Pyaar De was released on 17 May 2019 on more than 3100 screens in India and 650 plus screens outside. The movie plot revolves around a 50-year-old businessman Ashish played by Ajay Devgn who is in love with a 26-year-old engineer Ayesha played by Rakul Preet Kaur. The story starts when Ashish makes Ayesha meet his family and his wife, played by Tabu.
