De De Pyaar De box office collection till now: Rs 64 crore! Ajay Devgn starrer expected to catch speed

De De Pyaar De box office collection till now: Ajay Devgn, Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh starrer 'De De Pyar De' movie had made moderate earnings on opening day at the box office last week. Akiv Ali directorial raked in Rs 3.58 crore on Friday, taking its overall collection to Rs 64.63 crore. De De Pyaar De, which also stars Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh, has two more weeks to add to its collections as a big release is on its way. 

The Akiv Ali directorial film had earned Rs 10.41 crore on the first day of its release. However, the film managed to keep a decent hold on the Box Office even due to Lok Sabha polls and results in the country this week.

Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the movie should catch speed on its second Saturday and Sunday, " #DeDePyaarDe is steady, despite Hollywood biggie #Aladdin and new Hindi movies taking away substantial screens, shows and footfalls... The movie was released on 3100 plus screens in India and 650 plus screens outside. De De Pyaar De plots around a 50-year-old businessman Ashish (Ajay Devgn) who is in love with a 26-year-old engineer Ayesha (Rakul Preet Kaur). The story starts when Ashish makes Ayesha meet his family and his wife, played by Tabu.
