The government of India has shared few helpline numbers which can be contacted in case of Covid emergency.
The second wave of Covid-19 has pushed the nation into a state of emergency where lots of people have already lost their lives, many are admitted to hospitals and there is a shortage of beds, oxygen cylinders, vaccines and other medical facilities.
Due to the shortage of medications and other facilities people are not getting proper treatment. The government of India has shared few helpline numbers which can be contacted in case of Covid emergency.

People are advised to keep the number of ambulances or any other vehicle that may be needed to transfer the patient to the hospital/clinic if needed.

The contact number of local clinics or hospitals, your doctor, or your ASHA worker is also important and can be saved by the people.
According to the latest data by the Union Health Ministry on Thursday morning, India has reported 2,76,110 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The total caseload now stands at 25,772,440.
Also, 3,874 deaths have been recorded leading to an overall toll of 2,87,122. It can also be noted that there is a continuous downfall in daily Covid-19 cases and the nation is reporting below 3 lakh cases in the last few days.
Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan has said that 267 crore Covid vaccine doses will be procured by the end of this year and will be in a position to inoculate at least all of its adult population, according to an official statement.
The minister added that 51 crore Covid-19 vaccine doses will be made available by July and 216 crore more doses will be made available between August and December.
