Coal India Management Trainee 2020 Admit Card released; Know how to download

CIL Management Trainee 2020 Admit Card: Coal India has released a notification in which they have released the Management Trainee (MT) Admit Card for the CBT examination on its official website. The candidates, who have applied for the CIL MT CBT Examination 2020, can download their admit card through the official website under the career section.
To download the CIL Management Trainee Admit Card the candidate need to login using credentials like user name and password. 

Notably, the CIL Management Trainee 2020 examination is scheduled to be held on February 27 ie, Thursday and February 28, 2020 ie, Friday

Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E-2 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs.  50,000/- per month during the training period. On successful and satisfactory completion of 1-year training period and passing the test conducted for the purpose, regularization will be in E-3 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs. 60,000/- with probation for 1 year, if not extended.

Interestingly, apart from the Basic pay, the candidates will also be entitled to Dearness Allowance, perquisites, HRA, allowances under cafeteria approach and other allowances including Performance Related Pay (PRP) as applicable for the post.

Selection Procedure:
Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Computer Based Online Test which is scheduled to be held on 27th and 28th February 2020.
