Batla House box office collection prediction: John Abraham movie set to earn Rs 50 crore!

Batla House box office collection prediction: John Abraham movie, the action packed Batla House is all set to release on Independence Day, 15th August. Batla House is a partly fictionalised tale, based on the real life Batla House encounter that had taken place in Delhi in 2008. Playing DCP Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, Abraham would be seen in an all new avatar this time. 

Film Trade Analyst, Sumit Kadel told Zee Business Online,''Batla House can easily fetch Rs 14 to Rs 15 crore on its opening day. The movie will feel some effect of Mission Mangal being released on the same day, but John has his own fan following which will drive traction in theatres.'' 

''Overall, the collections will largely depend on the content of the movie, as most of the John's films usually work on word of mouth. While talking about the weekend collections, it may fetch close to Rs 50 crore on the extended weekend.''

Nikkhil Advani-directed film has had a decent response after its trailer launch. While Nora Fatehi’s 'Saaki Saaki' song has gained amazing response from audience. August 15 is a big day for any film's release. Last year, when Abraham's own Satyameva Jayate had released, it had netted around Rs 20 crore on the first day. In fact, between Satyameva Jayate and Akshay Kumar's Gold, the box office had turned richer by over Rs 45 crore. 

However, Bollywood is expecting a record breaking performance from Batla House releasing head to head with Mission Mangal, which is a Akshay Kumar starrer. The audience will have a blockbuster weekend with two superstars coming up with different genres. 

Batla House collection will definitely get a big boost from the fact that it will be an extended weekend, what with Independence day being Thursday! If the plot is thrilling and acting superb, then even better results can be predicted for Batla House box office collection than have been predicted so far.
