Air India Recruitment 2018: A notification has been issued by the Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) to invite applications to fill up 40 posts of security agent. Interested candidates are advised to apply through a prescribed format.
Air India Recruitment 2018: A notification has been issued by the Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) to invite applications to fill up 40 posts of security agent. Interested candidates are advised to apply through a prescribed format. They will have appear for the online interview on October 28 and November 14. Those who have completed their graduation without valid basic AVSEC are requested to appear for the interview on October 28. The interview will be held between 9 AM to 12 PM at Air India Limited, Airlines House, Near Gunhouse, Lal Darwaja, Ahmedabad-380001.
The candidates who have completed their graduation with valid basic AVSEC can appear for interviews on November 14. It will be conducted from 7 AM to 11 AM at G. High School and G 86 D Parikh Higher Secondary School, Commerce Six Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380 009.
Vacancy Details: 40 positions of Security Agent. Of these, 22 positions belong to General category, 10 Posts for
OBC, 6 Posts for ST and 2 Posts for SC candidates.
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General category have to pay Rs 500, while Ex-servicemen /SC/ST applicants are exempted.
Eligibility Criteria
AVSEC qualified candidates: Who are graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years duration) from any University recognised by the government with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language. The candidates should also possess BCAS Basic AVSEC (12 days new pattern).
Non-AVSEC candidates: Who are graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years duration) from any University recognised by the government and can speak Hindi, English besides being conversant in local language.
Age Limit
AVSEC candidates: Maximum age is 31 years for General, SC/ST should not be more than 36 years, while OBC should not be more than 34 years. This also include relaxation of 3 years for possessing Basic AVSEC (12 days new pattern)
Non-AVSEC candidates: General candidates should not be more than 28 years, SC/ST candidates' maximum age limit is 33 years, while OBC should not be more than 31 years.

Selection Procedure: AVSEC candidates will be selected through an interview, while Non-AVSEC candidates will have to pass Physical Endurance Test followed by a Written Test.
