All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi has posted a notification of recruitment for Scientist –C (Medical)/Scientist –II. The eligible candidates who are interested to apply for the positions through their resume before the last date. Post the date of closure, the applicants will be called for a personal interview on the basis of which the candidate will be selected. The candidates living outstation will be scheduled a Skype interview. The dates of the interviews will be intimated to the candidates by email.

Educational Qualification

• MBBS with Post Graduate Degree (MD/DNB)in Social and Preventive Medicine/ Field epidemiology / Masters in Applied epidemiology/ India EIS training certification and one year experience after Post Graduate Degree.
• MD with MPH/ 2 years of India EIS training with minimum 4 years public health experience after MBBS degree
• MBBS with MPH/ 2 years of India EIS training with minimum 4 years public health experience after MBBS degree
• All MBBS, MD, DNB. MAE degrees should be recognized by MCI

Pay scale:

Scientist –C (Medical)/Scientist –II: Rs. 1,10,000

Age Limit:

For the position of Scientist –C (Medical)/Scientist, the maximum age is 40 years. The limit relaxation on age for certain categories are:

i)SC/ST candidates: 5 years
ii) OBC candidates: 3 years
iii) Persons with disability: 10 years (PWD+OBC= 13 years; PWD+SC/ST= 15 years)
