7th pay commission news update: Delhi Police Recruitment for Delhi Police Constable Exam 2020 announced
Staff Selection Commission and Delhi Police had released the recruitment notification on 1 August 2020 for the fulfilment of 5846 vacancies. The online application process was started @ssc.nic.in on 1 August 2020. The candidates can register themselves on the official website of SSC.i.e.ssc.nic.in before the closure of the application.
7th pay commission latest news: Candidates aspiring to join Delhi Police have the opportunity to join the Constable (Executive) job for Male/Female. Candidates applying for Delhi Police Exam 2020 are advised to fill up the online application before the closure of online applications ie, 7th September at ssc.nic.in.

SSC notification:
The staff selection commission has recently released a notice regarding the closing of applications on 7 September. The commission stated that the aspiring candidates should not wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability or failure to login to the website on account on heavy load on the website during the last day of application.
7th pay commission Pay Scale:
The selected candidates will be paid Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2,000/- (Revised Pay Scale after 7th CPC pay Matrix Level-03).
Educational Qualification:
Candidates holding 12th pass qualification are eligible to become a part of Delhi Police. Also, the posts male candidates must possess a valid driving license for LMV (Motor Cycle or Car) as on the date of PE&MT.

The Delhi Police will recruit a total of 5846 vacancies of Constable Executive (Male/Female) will be recruited through SSC Direct Recruitment.

Constable EXE Servicemen (others) - Male Ex- 226
Constable (Exe) Male Ex- servicemen commando - 243
Constable EXE Female - 1944
Important dates:
Last date for making online fee payment: 09 September 2020
Last date and time for generation of offline Challan: 11 September 2020
Last date for payment through Challan (during working hours of Bank): 14 September 2020
Date of Computer Based Examination: 27 November 2020 to 14 December 2020
Selection Process:
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of an open competitive examination for recruitment of Constable (Executive) Male and Female in Delhi Police as per the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Delhi Police and the Staff Selection Commission.
Age Limit:
The age limit set for the candidates is between 18 to 25 years as on 1 July 2020 (Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-07-1995 and later than 01-07-2002.)
Selection Criteria:
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Computer Based Examination, Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) followed by the Medical Examination of the recommended candidates.
