7th Pay Commission Latest News: National Institute of Wind Energy (NIWE) is inviting applications for filling the post of Additional Director (Finance and Administration). NIWE is a technical arm of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy in the field of Wind Energy. NIWE plays a proactive role in the development of the Wind Energy sector in the country especially in wind resource assessment, testing/type certification of wind turbine generators, research & development and Information & training services.

Payscale as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC): Level 12 of the 7th CPC. Payscale is  Rs 78800 - Rs 209200.

Eligibility Criteria for the post of Additional Director:

The number of post advertised for this position is one. The candidate should have a Master's Degree from a recognised university/institute. The Degree should preferably be Master of Business Administration or the candidate can be a company secretary or cost accountant or chartered accountant.

-- Holding analogous post in the Pay level 12 of the 7th CPC or equivalent PB in 6th CPC.

-- 5 years experience in the immediate lower grade (Level 11 of the 7th CPC/Pay band 3 - Rs 15600 - Rs 39100 with GP of Rs 6600 of the 6th CPC) or equivalent.

-- Having adequate experience of relating to administrative, financial, personnel procurement and project financing matters.

-- The maximum age limit of appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications
