NEET JEE Latest News: IMPORTANT UPDATES on JEE Main and NEET UG 2021 Exams - check exam pattern and everything you need to know
The April and May sessions of the JEE Main 2021 Exams have been postponed and the announcement for NEET UG 2021 was made in the month of March 1, 2021, and the exam is scheduled to take place on August 1, 2021.
NEET JEE Latest News: The students willing to appear for the JEE Main 2021, and NEET UG 2021 Exams are waiting with a lot of anticipation for an announcement on the exams. The April and May sessions of the JEE Main 2021 Exams have been postponed and the announcement for NEET UG 2021 was made in the month of March 1, 2021, and the exam is scheduled to take place on August 1, 2021. Nevertheless, the students aspiring to appear for the exams must keep an eye on the official website of National Testing Agency (NTA) at nta.nic.in for any latest developments.

According to a Times Now report, NTA is likely to announce the new schedule for the April and May sessions of JEE Main 2021 only by end of the month. The report further stated that the NTA officials refused to comment on the tentative dates or schedule for the April and May exams. However, it was indicated that both April and May sessions would be conducted and between a gap of 20 to 25 days.
In the announcement notification for NEET UG 2021, it was said that the NEET UG 2021 Exam will be held on August 1, 2021, in pen and paper mode. It was further stated that the NEET UG 2021 Exam will be held this year in 11 languages including English and Hindi. The notification also mentioned that the information bulletin for NEET UG 2021 and the online application process will begin shortly. However, the process has not been initiated till now.
Due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, NTA also postponed the April and May sessions of the JEE Main 2021 exams. Recently, a source was quoted as saying by news agency PTI, "A review meeting is likely to be conducted soon to decide on the schedule of the pending editions of JEE-Mains and whether NEET-UG can be conducted on August 1."
The candidates willing to appear for the NEET UG 2021 must be aware of the question pattern for the exam. As per the information bulletin of NEET UG 2020, the NEET UG Exam takes place for a duration of three hours. 45 questions each are asked from Physics and Chemistry consisting of four marks each. 90 questions consisting of four marks each are asked from Biology. The total marks for the exam is 720.
Expectedly, an announcement regarding the NEET UG 2021 Exam will be made soon by NTA. In the meantime, the candidates should keep the documents required to fill in the online application for NEET UG 2021 Exam 2021 available at their disposal. These documents include:
1) Scanned image of the latest passport size photograph of the candidate
2) Scanned image of the candidate's postcard size photograph
3) Scanned image of the candidate's signature
4) Scanned image of the candidate's left hand thumb impression
5) Scanned image of Class 10 passing certificate
The CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 has been cancelled and the evaluation criteria for the same will be announced soon. Now, with the board exams cancelled, the competitive exams are of utmost importance for charting the career path of a students.
