Recently, the Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' has also announced that the undergraduate medical entrance exam, NEET will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) only once this year.

NTA is soon going to release the information bulletin for NEET 2021 on its website, following which the registration process for the exam will begin.
The NEET aspirants who are willing to appear for the 2021 exam must fulfill the necessary eligibility criteria. A candidate must have completed class 12 or any equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology with English from CBSE or any other state board.
The NEET aspirants must note that in NEET 2020, all the questions were multiple choice questions (MCQ) with four options among which one option is correct.
The NEET 2021 candidates must also keep in mind that each right answer consists of four marks. If an answer is incorrect then one mark will be deducted. In order to answer a question, the candidate has to find the correct answer/ best option for every answer.
Following is the subject-wise marks division for the NEET exam:

The total marks for the NEET exam is 720.
The duration of the NEET exam is three hours.
The NEET exam candidates can opt for Question Paper in any one of the following 11 languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
