NEET 2021 exam date latest news: There is a huge anticipation among the candidates regarding the NEET 2021 exam dates. The exam dates for the prestigious medical entrance exam has not yet been released. However, it is expected to be released anytime soon!

NEET 2021 expected exam date: The NTA Director-General Vineet Joshi recently said that the exam date for the medical entrance examination, National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 will be announced by February-end or early-March. With the month of February now gone, it is expected that the exam dates for NEET 2021 will be released very soon.

While speaking to India TV digital on the delay of the NEET 2021 dates, Joshi highlighted the delay in releasing the exam dates for NEET 2021. He stated that the process is taking so long because 28 boards, two ministries and the NTA is involved in brainstorming sessions.

The NTA Director-General further added that NTA will look after all the aspects that will be advantageous for the students. In order to do so, the NTA is consulting with its stakeholders and considering all the aspects which will prove beneficial for the students.

Last year, the NEET 2020 was postponed twice because of the COVID-19 pandemic and was finally held on September 13, 2020. An astounding number of about 13.66 lakh candidates appeared for the exam. Out of them, 7,71,500 candidates had qualified.

The NEET 2020 exam was conducted in 11 languages last year. These languages include Tamil, Telugu. English, Hindi, Urdu, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Odia, Marathi, Kannada and Gujarati.
