NEET 2021 exam date ANNOUNCED! NTA to conduct medical entrance Test on August 1—check how to apply, required documents, exam pattern and more here

NEET 2021 exam date:  National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2021 has been announced. The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Friday announced the NEET 2021 exam date. NTA will conduct the NEET 2021 exam from August 1.  

“NEET 2021 Exam will be conducted in 11 languages, including Hindi and English, through pen and paper mode. The NEET (UG), 2021 is going to be conducted by NTA for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS and BHMS courses as per the relevant norms, guidelines and regulations notified by the regulatory bodies concerned.”, a notification issued by the conducting body said late Friday.

Earlier, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ said that there is no plan to cancel NEET 2021 and later NTA has also quashed any chance of conducting the exam twice. NTA Director-General Vineet Joshi told The Indian Express on Thursday, March 11, that the UG NEET 2021 exam will be held once this year, like previous years,  

NEET 2021 Exam will be held in offline mode for a total of 720 marks. While Physics and Chemistry sections will carry 180 marks each, 360 marks will be given to the Biology section.   

NEET 2021 exam: How to register 

Step 1: Go to NTA official website—ntaneet.nic.in  

Step 2:  Click on the link for registration  

Step 3: Submit required details to generate login credentials  

Step 4:  Login and fill the NEET 2021 application form  

Step 5: Pay the application fee, submit the form. 

Note NEET 2021 aspirants will be required to Upload scanned images of the candidate’s latest passport size photograph (size: 10 kb to 200 kb), post card size photograph (4”X6”) (Size: 50 kb - 300 kb), the candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb - 30kb), left hand thumb impression (file size: 10 kb-50 kb) in JPG/JPEG format, class 10 pass certificate (file size: 100 kb to 400 kb) in JPG/JPEG format.
