While conducting the exams, “guidelines for examination centres, examination functionaries and candidates for July 2021 CA examination in wake of the ongoing Covid pandemic, released by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” along with SOPs issued by the Union Ministry of Health regarding preventive measures to be followed to contain COVID-19 will have to be followed strictly, according to the orders.
The ICAI CA (Final, Intermediate/IPC and PQC courses) exams are scheduled to take place from July 5, 2021, till July 20, 2021. The CA (Foundation) Exam are scheduled to take place on July 24th, 26th, 28th and 30th, 2021. On June 21, 2021, the ICAI from its official Twitter handle has tweeted a notification regarding opt out details. The tweet said, "Important Announcement regarding ICAI Chartered Accountancy Examinations(Final, Intermediate/ IPC, Foundation and PQC Courses) - May/ July 2021 - Details regarding Opt - Out Option being provided to Candidates."

Now, ANI tweeted that the Haryana government has extended the lockdown in the state till July 12, 2021. The tweet said, "Haryana government issues order to extend lockdown till July 12 with some relaxations in the state."

However, as per the notification issued by the Haryana State Disaster Management Authority, the ICAI has been allowed to conduct the exams in the state by maintaining the COVID-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of the candidates.
The COVID-19 lockdown in the state which is known as the 'Mahamari Alert - Surakshit Haryana' has been extended from July 5, 2021, from AM till July 12, 2021, until 5 AM. It also has to be noted that several relaxations have also been allowed in the state of Haryana.
