Every year the CBSE class 10 and class 12 exams take place in the months of March and April. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic this year, the board exams have been delayed till May.
Recently, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal released the date-sheet for CBSE 2021 class 10 and class 12 exams. The exams for class 10 and class 12 are set to take place from May 4 to June 10.
Before appearing for the exams, here are certain tips by dnaindia.com for the board exam candidates to cope with stress and to prepare better for the board exams:
1) Time Management - Utilization of time before the board exams is very important. One should allot time for all subjects. For doing this, preparing a timetable often helps. Apart from study, time should be devoted to sleeping and leisure as well. One should try to follow the timetable to ensure better preparation and subsequently better result.
2) Revise all subjects regularly - In order to stay updated with the exam preparations, time should be allotted to every subject regularly. All subjects should be revised on a daily basis so that the subject does not become unknown.
3) Intervals between studies - Often studying for long hours does not help. Short breaks between studies are often refreshing. This is also very useful for better concentration.
4) Physical activity - Sitting on a spot all day long and studying is often very strenuous and unhealthy. One should engage oneself in physical activities, be it exercises or yoga, to keep oneself fit and refreshing.
5) Sleep well - Adequate sleep is of utmost important. Without a good night's sleep, one tends to grow tired and stressed easily and will find it difficult to concentrate.
