CBSE 10th Results 2021: DECLARED! Merit list news, pass percentage, stuck result and more - What students must know

CBSE 10th Result 2021 Declared: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the CBSE 10th Class Board Exam 2021 results. The candidates can now check their results by logging in to the official CBSE websites at cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in.

The CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 was cancelled this year on April 14, 2021, due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since, there was no exams, no merit list will be declared this year.

This year, 99.04 per cent students have passed the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021. The girls have again outshone the boys in pass percentage by 0.35 per cent. In case of CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 results also, 99.67 per cent of the girls passed against 99.13 per cent boys.

It has to be noted that for CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021, more than 57,000 students have scored above 95 per cent. Again,  more than two lakh candidates have scored between 90 and 95 per cent.

The CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 candidates must also take a note of the fact that the results for over 16,000 candidates are still under process.

As the CBSE 10th Board Exam 2021 was cancelled due to the surge in the number of COVID-19 cases across the country, the CBSE formulated an alternative assessment criterion based on which the results have been prepared. The CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 can check their results by following a few simple steps. They are as follows:

Step 1: The candidates will have to login to the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in

Step 2: The candidates will then have to choose the 'Results' section. The candidates must note that they can also directly login to cbseresults.nic.in

Step 3: The candidates will then have to click on the results link. There are three links available. The candidates can click on either of the links

Step 4: The CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 candidates will then have to enter their roll numbers and school numbers and click on submit

Step 5: The CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 results will be displayed in front of them

The CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 candidates must download the results and keep a printout of the same for future reference. CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 students must also note that they can also check their results on DigiLocker and UMANG app.
