BHU SET 2021 exam notification: Application form released for BHU SET 2021: Check here for exam dates, eligibility criteria and all other details

BHU SET 2021: Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has released the notification for online application for BHU SET 2021 exam. The last date of submission of the online application form for School Entrance Test 2021 is March 31, 2021.

The online application for BHU SET 2021 has begun from yesterday, March 1, 2021. The SET 2021 will be conducted for admissions to Central Hindu Boys' School and Central Hindu Girls' School in classes 6, 9 and 11.

The BHU SET 2021 exams will commence from June 14, 2021 and will continue till June 18, 2021.

The admit cards for the exam will be available on the website from May 5.

The eligibility criteria for the students applying for BHU SET 2021 are as follows:

1) For class 6 - 10 years to 12 years of age as on September 30, 2021 i.e. date of birth will not be before 30.09.2009 and after 30.09.2011 and passed class 5 examination from a school.

2) For class 9 - 13 years to 15 years age as on September 30, 2021 i.e. date of birth will not be before 30.09.2006 and after 30.09.2008 and passed class 8 examination from a school.

3) For class 11 - 18 years maximum age as on September 30, 2021 i.e. date of birth will not be before 30.09.2003 and passed class 10 examination from a recognized Board/University.

The required percentage of marks for applying in BHU SET 2021 for class 11 are as follows:

1) 60 per cent marks and above in class 10 or equivalent grade in aggregate for admission in Science Stream with 50 per cent or more marks or equivalent grade is essential in Maths and Science.

2) 55 per cent marks and above in class 10 or equivalent grade in aggregate for commerce.

3) Class 10 passed for Arts stream.

The final answer key for BHU SET 2021 will be uploaded on the website on June 30, 2021. Results for the exams will be declared on July 10.
