Muthoot Finance Q4 earnings: Gold loan NBFC announces Rs 24/share dividend
Alongwith quarterly results, Muthoot Finance also declared a dividend of Rs 24 per equity share. This is subject to the approval of company's shareholders.
The board of Muthoot Finance, the country's largest gold loan non-banking financial company (NBFC), announced its dividend today, May 23 for the financial year that ended on March 31, 2024.
The company will announce its financial results for the fourth quarter on May 30, 2024, according to a stock market filing.
Muthoot Finance declared a dividend of Rs 24 per equity share. This is subject to the approval of company's shareholders.
"The board of directors of Muthoot Finance Limited at their meeting held today at the the registered office of the Company has considered and approved the payment of an interim dividend of Rs. 24 (Rupees Twenty-Four) per equity share (240%) for the Financial Year 2023-24," the company said in a BSE filing.
Meanwhile, shares of Muthoot Finance were trading at Rs 1,716.6 each, up 0.51 per cent on BSE today at 2.14 PM IST.
