250% dividend: Jubilant Ingrevia announces Rs 2.50/share dividend alongwith Q4 earnings, check payment date
If board approves dividend, the record date for payment of the final dividend, shall be Friday, August 2, 2024, as per the company.
Jubilant Ingrevia's board of directors on Tuesday, May 14, recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share for FY24, according to a stock market disclosure. This is subject to the company's shareholders' approval.
"Recommendation of a final dividend of 250% i.e. Rs. 2.50/- (Rupees Two and Fifty Paise) per equity share of Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid/dispatched within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting," the company said in a BSE filing.
If approved, the record date for payment of the final dividend, shall be Friday, August 2, 2024, as per the company.
Jubilant Ingrevia has also announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2024, along with a dividend announcement.
Meanwhile, shares of Jubilant Ingrevia were trading at Rs 508 each, down 2.19 per cent on BSE today at 2.59 PM.
