Infosys Q4 Results: Attrition rate falls to 20.9%, employee count drops by 3,611 QoQ
Infosys Q4 Results: The voluntary attrition rate for Infosys dropped to 20.9% from the 24.3% recorded at the end of the third quarter FY22.
Infosys Q4 Results: Tech giant Infosys reported a 7 per cent QoQ drop in consolidated net profit at Rs 6,128 crore for Q4FY23 on Thursday, April 13. The IT major saw profit grow by 7.8 per cent on a yearly basis. It recorded revenue of Rs 37,441 crore, recording a rise of 16% on YoY basis, and a drop of 2.3% quarter-on-quarter. The company reported a total strength of 3,43,234 employees at the end of Q4.

Infosys Results: Attrition rate
Infosys saw its total strength of employees dropping by 3,611 at the end of Q4. At the end of the third quarter FY23, Infosys had 3,46,845 employees on its records, which had risen from 3,14,015 at the end of Q3 FY22.
The voluntary attrition rate for Infosys dropped to 20.9% from the 24.3% recorded at the end of the third quarter FY22. The company had recorded an attrition rate of 27.7% at the end of last financial year.
At the end of Q4, the company had 39.4% women employees, which remained unchanged since end of Q3FY23.
As per the exchange filing, the software giant had 3,24,816 software professionals on-board at the end of Q4FY23, which has dropped from the 3,29,296 techies it had on its payroll at the end of Q3. Infosys had 2,97,859 software professionals on-board at the end of FY22.
In sales and support function, the tech company saw its total strength rise to 18,418 at the end of Q4, from 17,549 at the end of Q3. In the final quarter of FY22, Infosys had 16,156 hands on-deck in sales and support roles.
It recorded a revenue figure of USD 53,400 per employee at the end of Q4. This number had stood at USD 54,200 at the end of last quarter, signifying a drop of USD 800 approximately this quarter. The company had seen a revenue USD 57,700 per employee at the end of the Q4FY22.
Infosys Results: Dividend
The tech major also declared a dividend of Rs 17.50 per share.
