Balaji Amines 2024 dividend: The board of directors of Balaji Amines on Wednesday, May 8, recommended a final dividend of Rs 11 per equity share for FY24, according to a stock market disclosure.
In a BSE filing, the company's board said, "Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 11/- per equity share i.e. 550% on face value of Rs. 2/- per share, and the same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the 36" Annual General Meeting of the Company."
