Amazon's Jeff Bezos world's richest man with net-worth of $141.9 billion

Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos with a net wealth of $141.9 billion has become the richest man in the world, the latest Forbes World`s Billionaires list showed. Bezos’ fortune leapt more than 5 billion since June 1 billion. He moves ahead of Microsoft founder Bill Gates, who is now number 2 with a networth of $92.9 billion. The list was released on Monday.
 
The most celebrated investor Warren Buffet secured the third place with net worth of $82.2 billion. He is one of the most successful investors in the world. Even as other billionaires grew their wealth marginally, Bezos net worth grew substantially.  
 
Bezos also topped the Forbes world richest person list  in March this year with a wealth of $112 billion. His online retailing company Amazon became the second most valuable company in the world after Apple. Bezos wealth leapt more than $39 billion to top the list that was released in March.   Amazon secured eighth place on the 2018 Fortunes list of America's largest companies, with revenues of $177.87 billion earlier.
 
Bezos’ Amazon has a significant footprint in India too, and it is growing very fast in the subcontinent.
