RBI cancels Acemoney India NBFC licence citing irregular lending practices
The RBI has cancelled the licence of Acemoney India Limited, a non-banking financial company, exercising its powers under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. The company, which had received the certificate of registration in February 2017, provided loan services through a number of apps, including AgMoney, NiceCash, Leading Cash, TopCash, CreditEasy, InhanCash, KeyBorrow, Loan Union, Instant Loan, Urupee, RupeeUp, RupeeYes, Cashfull, Dreamloan, and Cash Dove.
