BMW launches all-electric MINI Cooper SE at Rs 47.2 lakh, Check features, specifications, details
BMW: The German luxury carmaker BMW has launched the all-electric MINI 3-Door Cooper SE on Thursday in India. The price of this luxury car is Rs 47.2 lakh (ex-showroom), as per PTI reported.

Pre-Launch Booking
According to the news agency, all units of the first lot, which were available as a completely built-up unit (CBU), were sold out during the pre-launch booking period in Q4 2021. MINI India will begin delivering cars to pre-launch customers in March 2022, according to the company.
Bookings for the second round of delivery will begin in March 2022, the automaker said.

BMW Group India President
"Ten years into the country, MINI India is proud to bring the first all-electric car in the compact premium segment. In line with our 'Digital First' strategy, it is also the first series model exclusively available for booking on the MINI Online Shop and was completely sold out during the pre-launch booking phase itself," BMW Group India President Vikram Pawah said while launching the model.

He further said that the MINI 3-Door Cooper SE blends MINI's inventive spirit and classic design with immediate torque, zero emissions, and a low centre of gravity that accentuates the car's famed go-kart sensation, as per PTI mentioned.
"The MINI 3-Door Cooper SE will play a significant role in inspiring creative individuals and trendsetters to drive the silent revolution," Pawah said.

Wireless charging, upgraded Bluetooth mobile preparation, multifunctional instrument display, dynamic stability control, crash sensor, anti-lock braking system, cornering brake control, run-flat tires, and a rear-view camera are among the features available on the model.
