"Recommend Dividend of Rs.12/- per equity share (i.e., 120%) of face value of Rs.IO/- each to the shareholders for the year 2022-23, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank," the PSU lender's regulatory filing said.
