Share Market News, Nifty 50/Sensex/BSE 500 Stocks to Track: Domestic equity benchmarks halted a two-day winning run on Wednesday amid selling pressure in financial and IT shares though buying interest in FMCG and energy stocks lent some support.
Both headline indices finished half a per cent lower. The Sensex lost 426.9 points to end at 79,942.2 while the Nifty50 settled at 24,340.9, down 126 points from its previous close.
Investors and analysts await more corporate earnings reports from India Inc for domestic cues.

Corporate Earnings
Tata Investment Corp, Narayana Hrudayalaya and BF Investment are among the seven companies slated to report their financial results on Thursday.
L&T
Construction major L&T has staged a largely positive financial performance for the July-September period, with a better-than-expected 5.3 per cent rise in its net profit.
Its margin, however, has contracted by 70 basis points to 10.3 per cent.
Tata Power
The Tata group power generation company has staged a weaker-than-expected performance for the fiscal second quarter.
However, its operational numbers look good, with a 21.2 per cent rise in its EBITDA with a 430 bps improvement in its margin to 23.9 per cent.
AMC stocks
Brokerage and fund house stocks will be in focus as SEBI has proposed a few new rules for mutual fund NFOs.

KIMS
KIMS has purchased additional stake of 2.24 per cent in Sarvejana Healthcare for Rs 40.16 crore.
IRB Infrastructure
IRB Infra has registered a 4.3 per cent increase in its net profit to Rs 99.8 crore.
Zydus Wellness
The company has decided to buy out Naturell (India) for Rs 390 crore.
Biocon
The biotechnology firm has returned to profitability with a net profit of Rs 126 crore for the July-September period.
Corporate Action
A number of stocks are set to trade ex-dividend on Thursday, including Tech Mahindra, Godrej Consumer Products, NTPC, Ramkrishna Forgings, RR Kabel, Supreme Petrochem, Balkrishna Industries, Birlasoft and Dodla Dairy.
At the same time, the Sellwin Traders stock will trade both ex-split and ex-bonus as soon as the opening bell.
