Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor starrer Brahmastra: Nagarjuna tweets from sets

Brahmastra directed by Ayan Mukerji is one of the most anticipated films of Bollywood ever. Despite several delays on the release of the film, there is much buzz and excitement about the film. The cast include Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Nagarjuna among others. This sci-fi by Ayan Mukerji is a trilogy.

Recently, Nagarjuna took to his Twitter handle to make an announcement regarding the film as per a report by bollywoodlife.com. The pan India superstar hailed the film as 'The Big Indian film'.

The Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani maker has teamed up with the some of the biggest names in Indian cinema for his sci-fi fantasy.

The producers had asked Mukerji to trim about 30 minutes from the film and the director was not consenting to that.

As per a Bollywood Hungama report, a trade source said, “Brahmastra is undoubtedly the costliest Hindi film till date and to make sure the returns are on the point, the stakeholders are leaving no stone unturned." The source further added that the rough first time had a run time of about three hours for which the studio suggested to edit 30 minutes of the film to make it a memorable experience for the audience.

Nagarjuna shared two pictures from the sets of the film announcing the wrap up of the sci-fi fantasy where he is spotted with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
