Travel at 1000 kmph? Hyperloop to make it possible; first test track soon
Travelling at a speed of up to 1,000 km/hr, Hyperloop promises propel passengers in the tubes in small pods through the vacuum. This technology that uses super power magnets will cut the travel time between cities by several hours.
Hyperloop is nothing but a very long tube or pipes between 2 places in which the air has been removed thereby creating a vacuum. It is intended to be used by travellers and is purportedly faster than a Boeing jet. The proposal was first talked up by Tesla owner Elon Musk in 2013. The idea has caught on and Hyperloop Transportation Technologies has reportedly started the construction of the Europe's first Hyperloop, according to Daily Mail.

As per the report, low-pressure tubes were received by designers at the Hyperloop Transportation Technologies' research team in Toulouse, France, last week. The firm, based in Culver City, California, will use the parts in the construction of a closed 1,050-foot (320-metre) system, built to test prototype pods and other technology, that will become operational this year.
In a witten statement, the firms said that a one kilometer long, second full scale system, elevated above the ground by pylons will be completed by 2019.
HTT has signed deals with officials in Ohio, South Korea and India to build Hyperloop tracks but is yet to announce plans for a European route.
SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk in 2013 first unveiled the concept of hyperloop but he is not directly involved in Hyperloop projects.
