Russian President Vladimir Putin will personally oversee Saturday’s exercise, which will involve multiple launches of intercontinental ballistic missiles and cruise missiles, the report stated.
Sibal said that messaging plays an important role in geopolitical issues. And this announcement is a message on behalf of Moscow.
Sibal said that U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken laid out at the United Nations Security Council on February 17 how they believe Russia could seek to invade Ukraine, warning that Moscow was preparing to attack its neighbour in the coming days.
US said that Russia may launch a chemical attack.
He said that Crimea, formerly part of Ukraine, became part of Russia in 2014.
Sibal explained India had said that only dialogue and de-escalation would improve the tension, and its priority is the Indian citizens, primarily the medical student studying in Russia.
