The India Energy Week kicked off on February 6th and the exhibition will wrap up on February 9th in Goa.

The purpose of this exhibition is to unite all components of the value chain in pursuit of India's energy transition objectives.

During his address to a gathering of global energy leaders on February 6th, Prime Minister Narendra Modi underscored India’s dedication to investing at unprecedented levels in the energy sector.

The Prime Minister announced that the government has pledged to allocate Rs11 trillion towards infrastructure spending in the Union Budget.

The second day (February 7) of the IEW is aligned to focus on the potential of renewable energy to meet global power needs, alongside discussions about refining and petrochemical industries.

Key topics included advancements in refining technology, innovations in utilities and power generation, and strategies for decarbonizing logistics and supply chains.

The session underscored the importance of transitioning towards sustainable energy sources while maximizing efficiency in refining processes and supply chain operations. 📷📷📷
