Special Show: India To Have A Normal Monsoon? IMD Says Yes, Private Forecaster Skymet Says No

India Meteorological Department today forecast that the country will receive normal monsoon rains this year. This year the rainfall is estimated to be 96% of the long period average. Whereas, Skymet has estimated that there is a 94% chance of the long-period average.
