G20 Summit: Luxury hotels in Delhi make elaborate arrangements for G20 Leaders Summit

The National Capital is gearing up to host the G20 Summit, which will be held on September 9 and 10. Over 30 luxury hotels in Delhi are making elaborate arrangements to host the delegates. The hotels are working tirelessly to ensure that the stay of the delegates is comfortable and 'homely'. Special attention is being given to the cuisine, with over 120 chefs working at the Taj Hotel alone. A menu with over 500 dishes is being prepared, including a number of fusion dishes. The Taj has also added some millet-based dishes to the menu in line with 2023 being the International Year of Millets.
