Final Trade: Flat trading in the stock market today, Sensex closed at 62792.

The stock market closed flat on Tuesday. Major indices of the market remained sluggish due to weak global cues. BSE Sensex has closed at 62,792 and Nifty at 18,599. IT shares did the work of putting pressure on the market. Earlier on Monday, the Indian stock market had closed at 62,787 after rising 240 points.
