Pay Scale:
Assistant Manager- Rs 50000 to Rs 1,60,000
Senior Executive- Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,40,000
Executive - Rs 30,000 to Rs 1,20,000

Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Manager (HR)/Senior Executive - Graduate and MBA (HR)/MHRM/MA (PM&IR) or equivalent PG Diploma/Degree in HR.

Executive - Graduate; PG Degree/Diploma in HR will be preferred.

Experience - Minimum 6 or 4 or 2 years post qualification experience of working in a govt./PSU/Reputed Private Company

Age Limit:
Assistant Manager (HR) - 40 years

Senior Executive/Executive - 35 years

Selection Process:
Suitable candidates will be shortlisted, based on their eligibility/experience in the relevant field and called for interview.
