The movement of Monsoon remains weak over South Indian Subcontinent. There is less chance of heavy rain till June 10. Monsoon will remain active over North East India. There is a possibility of heatwave in Uttar Pradesh, Central and Eastern states. Pre-monsoon activity will start in North India from June 11. Monsoon may reach Maharashtra on June 8-9.
