Budget 2019: Allocation for Defence enhanced beyond Rs 3 lakh crore, says Goyal

Piyush Goyal said that the govt has disbursed over Rs 35,000 crore after implementing the scheme in true spirit. The govt has also announced substantial hike and additional allowances for armed forces.
